It has been a bit since I’ve written a blog post here, but I’m back! Over the last few weeks, I’ve learned how much being a content creator means to me. You guys coming here, listening to the podcast, hanging out every week, and asking for more is exactly why I continue to do so. It’s become a part of who I am.
For a long time, I was a musician. I created beautiful music with some of the best musicians in town, but I lost that for a while. Podcasting helped me create content with some amazing people, a dude that became one of my best friends, and learn to trust myself. I have to assume that it also helped me get back into band as I’ve started playing since the podcast started as well.
So, I hope you all know that I don’t do this for clicks or views. No, I do this because I love it. I do this because it’s part of who I am. I do this because I love professional wrestling. My love for professional wrestling and desire to be a “build it all from the ground up” is a lot of the reason I have become so attached to my fandom of Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks. It’s a lot of the reason I’m willing to spend money to go to their big shows, but not spend money on WWE shows. It’s a weird fandom, but I feel like I relate to them. I know, weird right?
Anyway, this week’s episode was a ton of fun. I got to hangout with Courtney Summers, a long time patron of the show and a podcaster herself. No one loves Killer Cross or Jay White more than her, you can’t convince me otherwise. Make sure to look in the episode description for her Twitter and podcast links!
