Hey everyone, it’s WrestleMania weekend, so you know the content just won’t quit! NXT TakeOver was an absolute blast, but let’s hit on a few points before we move on to the episode.

NXT TakeOvers are the pinnacle of wrestling “PPV”

I consider this to be a fact, at this point. Every TakeOver delivers, time and time again. We get memorable moments, matches, and wrestlers solidify themselves as stars. Does it always translate to the main roster? No. However, that doesn’t mean that -these moments and star making things are not happening on every TakeOver.

NXT is still not safe from confusion

The women’s division is kind of a mess right now. Shayne Baszler is fantastic and is absolutely the best heel in all of wrestling, but I don’t know who challenges her anymore. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it is a bit confusing when you’re trying to “navigate” the division and decided where they’re going next. However, it keeps surprises available, so that’s fun. I just don’t understand why they didn’t pull the trigger on Baszler losing tonight when she wouldn’t have to get pinned.

Anyway, let’s move on to the show
